How BinTranslate handles your data
BinTranslate is built with privacy as a core principle. All binary-to-text and text-to-binary conversions happen entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No data you enter is ever sent to, stored on, or processed by any server. We have designed this tool so that we physically cannot access the binary strings or text you convert.
We use Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-J0BM7G569G) to collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics. This includes:
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. The data collected is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. We use this information solely to improve the website and understand which features are most useful to our visitors.
BinTranslate uses minimal cookies, strictly for Google Analytics functionality:
These cookies are set by Google Analytics and are subject to Google's privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not affect the functionality of the binary translator tools.
BinTranslate uses your browser's localStorage to save your conversion history. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear this history at any time by clicking the "Clear All" button in the conversion history panel or by clearing your browser's local storage.
The only third-party service used on this website is Google Analytics. Google may transfer the information collected by its cookies to servers in the United States and other countries. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
